The Classical, Fine Arts, and Technology Committee, which is a standing committee of the Local School Council (LSC), facilitates the social and academic concerns of students, parents, and faculty of the academic programs at Mark T. Skinner Elementary School. The committee also assists in the development and implementation of the School Improvement Plan for Advancing Academic Achievement (SIPAAA).
